Remarks

To enter any IHM, you must have passed your 12th standard with a minimum of 60% marks. The application form was filled on the NCHMCT website (http://www.nchm.nic.in) where you can register from Feb-May. They have reservations for EWS, OBC, SC, and ST. After the commencement of the examination, the ranks come and, on the basis of the rank cut off, are made for each IHM. The entire process of admission was very smooth. It took only one day (half) to get admission to the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I have given the paper of CLAT and with it I also filled out the NCHMCT exam. I got a good rank in the NCHMCT exam and also the college in which I took admission is the No.1 college in India. The faculty of this college is not appropriate, as I say, because the faculty that taught you in the first year teaches you another subject in the second year/semester. The qualifications of the faculty were very good and their teaching methods were good and easy to learn. They are well experienced. The exams were on the exact date as per the datasheet given to us, and the exams were moderate and easy to pass.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

I have done my internship at Radisson Noida. I worked there as a trainee but due to COVID, the number of employees in the hotel was very low as compared to the work, so my role in the internship was as a GRA (guest room attendant). The stipend given during my internship was about 1100 rupees, which was very little. The overall experience of my internship was pretty good and I learnt many things, like how to handle tough situations and all.

Placement Experience

4

The percentage of students placed this year was around 79%. The companies that visited the college were Taj Hotels, Oberoi Hotels, Holiday Inn, Travel Clan, Reliance Retail, Kyocera Pvt. Ltd., Starbucks, Cafe Coffee Day, etc. After completing the degree, I will go for higher studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure they gave me when I took admission was fully changed without prior notice. And the fee hike was about 12,000 rials per semester. There was no scholarship given to the students. In the second year, all the students have to do industrial training, and the stipend given there was very low, like 1000 -2000 rupees per month.

Campus Life

2.5

There are many social and cultural groups in the school. There is the Kaladhar group where students do nukkad Natak (street theatre), story telling plays etc. There is one photography group where students give their clicked photos for the college magazine. Apart from this, there is an annual fest called BHARATPARV where our college represents our dishes and food. The library was well maintained and had all the course-related books. The classrooms have no AC but have proper lighting and fans. The seating for the students was good. There is no space for sports activities; there is only a basketball hoop and a badminton court.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum for ECE in my clg is quite up to date and comprehensive, covering both core subjects and emerging areas of technology, which was a major factor in my decision to choose this branch. Course has a balanced theory with practical exposure, supported by great faculties guidance and well-maintained lab conditions. Also you get to choose the type of minor or specilaization you want to pursue after 1st year. Exams are conducted regularly after each semester, and levels are same as any engineering college would have.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I think in my course the difficulty level is little bit high because as a non math we have to study lot of stuff around math but while selecting this course it is not required to have math compulsory if you didn't study math in 12th you also can take this course but I think who did not study math in class 12 they should not continue with this course because the course is all about math and statistics of like that and I think Delhi University should be proved this the courses overall good
