ENTRANCE PREVIEW
Exams appeared: ISC,Wbjee,aieee. Scored 85% on Isc, Got 91 on maths and 85 on computer. I was searching for top colleges in Kolkata and got selected on interview round of techno India. Besides I was on waiting list on iem and others..
FEE STRUCTURE AND FACILITIES
The fee structure of every course is different. For some courses it may be expensive but for other courses its not at all expensive. The course fee are structured as per the regulations of the university. One can easily compared the fee structure with other colleges and will find that it's more or less same.
PLACEMENT WING
In a class of 60 students more than 50% of the students get selected on any of the companies which comes for on campus . Tcs, wipro, hp and many more comes with a minimum of 4.25l package. Every company have a different package and a different placement policy
ADMISSION
First go to the college as early as possible. Then apply for your desired courses and attend an interview with the admission department. If your grades are upto the mark then visit on the counseling dates and wait for your name to appear. The notification will be mailed and SMS to you. The administration is very straight forward and won't keep you on hold.
HOSTEL FACILITIES
If one wants to stay on the college hostel then he or she must apply for the hostel as early as possible as because hostel seats are very limited. And every hostel building is at different location so it's better to apply for nearby hostel. Now hostel is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and a proper sanitary system. The hostel's food is average but the food is served always on time. Hostel fees is around 6000/ month.
ALUMNI
Yes the college seniors are very helpful, they are always for your moral support. One can easily get suggestion from an on campus selected senior student for the interview questions last year.
FACULTY
The teachers of this college are very much qualified to teach a particular subject. Every teacher is selected on the basis of their performance and experience. Every teacher is interested to teach each and every student individually in case of any specific problem for any particular student.
CAMPUS LIFE
The ratio of female:male is high on few departments only such as computer science engineering, electrical engineering, electronics engineering whereas its very low on civil engineering, mechanical engineering. One will find students from different parts of India and can compete with each other on departmental competitions like table tennis, cricket, carrom, debates and many more.
EXAM STRUCTURE
Yes the labs are very frequent. And when the exams are near the lab classes will also be increased and it will be a very hectic schedule whereas the other time of the semester the classes are not at all so hectic. One can easily learn from the lab classes without a burden and the exams syllabus are selected in such a manner that they can easily be covered within 6 months
COURSE CURRICULUM OVERVIEW
First research about your course and find out that it is aicte approved or not. And know about the campus recruitment from seniors. Sort out the on campusing companies. And know your strength then only get admitted otherwise you will end up off campus recruitment

COLLEGE EVENTS
First of all let me tell you that the cultural fest is done on the freshers welcome occasion,where generally a band performs. And every year our college performs on Inter College Sports which includes a cricket tournament as well. Every department participates on exhibition held as well

Yes any financial you weak student can apply for scholarship or loan facility. One have to show guardians income certificate and opt for a student's loan from the pnb bank located at the college premises.
