The professors are excellent; the majority of them have years of experience and know how to help every student both in the classroom and afterward. They will provide you all the notes and, if you miss a class for any reason, they will make up the lesson for you.

The college does too much offer internships to students but instead provides the best plant education to the top performing students in my college. The experience was very useful for us.Increase internship offer

Placement Experience

Around 80-85% of the students are placed in some of the world-class companies each year. The highest package offered to students ranges from INR 5 LPA to INR 6.5 LPA and the lowest CTC offered to students is around INR 1.3 LPA. Some of the top recruitment companies are ABT Maruti, Acurus Solutions, Apollo Pharmacy, SourceHOV, KRA Systems, Sharda Motors, VEESONS, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Talent Pro, Infosys, HCL BPO, Forebrain, iKYA, TCS, Reliance Ltd etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

Students from the EWS and SC/ST who perform well on the most recent qualifying exams are given special scholarships. These students receive fee reductions ranging from 50% to 100% depending on their merit score. If they qualify, students may also use bank loan services. Tamil Nadu PhD Fellowship: Candidates for this scholarship must have postgraduate cumulative grades of at least 60%.

Campus Life

There are sporting events at my university every year. Inter-university boxing championships were also held for the students. Dance and music competitions are also run by the special committee of my college. The college offers the best facilities for these activities. Each two years, a tech fest is held.

Hostel Facilities

Yearly 30000 came.well arrangements. Safety and good.Hostel fees is convenience to accommodation.I am applied in college for hostel. Then college provide hostel for me. All facilities provide in college hostel

I have apply in online form. Very good response from college. I have choose to microbiology. This course is very popular. Next invite me in college. I came go and admission process completed. I am very satisfy to join this college

Likes

There are many courses including post graduation.
Faculties are well expertise and has good mentorship quality
The fees are affordable to pay for the course I have selected

Dislikes

Need to improve the infrastructure of the college
Crowded canteen it would be better if we have one more
There is some hygienic issues in the washrooms could be better if it is hygiene

THE IDEAL COLLEGE LIFE!

Likes

The opportunities to meet new people and interact with a whole new circle of people by Club Activities as there are quite a lot of clubs according to the student's interest.
Many places to showcase our singing and dancing talent once we join the club or take part in any of the department events.
They have multiple labs for a single department so that the students get a lot of hands on training for coding and as well as hardware.

Dislikes

4:3 Ratio of Girls to Boys in my class and i hope it's the same for all the departments as well.
The college timing can go from 8:30 AM to 5:10PM.
The 75% attendance is kind of doable and maintainable to an extent.

Placement Experience:

about 70 to 80 percent of the students get placed afdter the colleg and the ones not placed also gets placed after the college with high network and communication from other contacts within the college, ZOHO Corp does take placements and i am preparing for my CAT exams as i am planning for My highers at IIM, 5th semester is when the students become eligible for the campus placements and the seniors are a good connection who help to get places and get a job after the completion of degree.

Hostel , mess food and mess hall , no facilities for marine practical

Course Curriculum Overview:

Teaching methods of marine faculties are excellent but in my course they add some additional subject like tamil and hindi which are useless and no neede for a mariner as the marine faculties are good in teaching and explaining but they also having difficulty in teaching as the requirements didn't meet from the college management

I'm First reason to select the college that is the bus fees are free. The next yearly fees are also so less. Low average income people are more in college. PRIST college will help poor students to study with low fees. Teaching and non-teaching staffs are very good and experienced staff. The teaching quality is very good. the playground is there.
