Awesome college must join Best college in north india for placement highest package was 32 lakh got by ankit arora a student of cgc best infrasructure and green environment must say green and clean campus
FEE STRUCTURE AND FACILITIES
Fee sturcture is not so exoensive as compared to. Facilities provided by college As we allknow tou get adminssion in big college we have to pay a lot but here only 93k is annual fees which is average fees in all colleges

Yes All sc and bc caste students gets scholarship with no fees and jummu and kashmir domisiles also have 100 percent fee consession here which is a good thing for bright dtudents scholarships are also given by college

Placement -

The placements of Thapar are decent, but there is a bit of decline from 2020 onwards. Still, they are far better than many private Engg. colleges of India. Here you will easily get an average package of 6-7LPA. Also, Those hefty packages of 50LPA are mostly grabbed by the IEP (International Engg. Programme ) students but the B.E. students also get these Dream Packages. The Highest domestic package will be around 35 to 40LPA. But you have to work very hard as the competition is very high. If you are taking admission after 2020 you will have to work hard to grab a decent placement as the number of seats has been increased. NO entrance test to needed to pursue this course in this college .During my counseling,I opted electronics.I opted this college because i heard that we could pursue knowledge- based education better because it is Global Institute.

Placement -

We had a decent placement and job opportunities.Nearly 80% of class got placed in software companies, but in that only less than 20% of the students only got other jobs including Data Analyst,Graduate Engineer Trainee.Some of the notable core engineering companies come to campus minnium package is around 3.3lpa and maximmum is-11LPA respectively.
