My experiences in GDCH

The course that I have selected for the studies I guess is a best decision as we see in our society that the people consume a large amount of tobacco and cigarette smoking and hence this further leads to the mouth disease and cancer and this is where dentist play aa major role in curing this disease and for the students those who aim to opt for going out of India also has a large scope here. The exam in our college is taken as first we have to give theory exam for internals and later practical exam for internals later theory exam for university and practical exams for university this pattern is for first sem and like wise for second semester also

As we are in the government dental college the students comes here from various colleges to apply for masters here. The students pursuing intership here has to do the checkup of the patients which has came for the general checkup and give the proper treatment also do the necessary things like scaling teeths and alignments interns with the senior doctors have to go in the operation theatre and learn the processes ther The stiphen that interns get is 20000 per month

The year wise fees that I have paid is 20000 for the whole year And this fees include all the charges for studies and also the tution fees are also included in it.the fees are same here for all the batch mates as this is aa government college so fees of all the categories are same here. Im eligible for mysy scholarship which gives around 15000 rupees aid.

Here there Are not any specific clubs or social groups but yes for any celebrations students get together as one and make the necessary arrangements for the function. And as I mentioned before that the campus has been freshly renovated hence there are no any such loopholes in the building and hostels are also have been constructed newly with all the basic amenities.

The hostel building here has been newly constructed and hence the rooms here is also been very neat and tidy If one wants to stay in the hostel then the person should not be leaving in the same city also food of our hostel mess is very good and hygienic they have aa proper timetable for their meal for whole week the monthly charge for food is 2300 and hostel charges for whole year is 1200

The main reason for choosing this college is that this is the government college of the dental and hence the experience for the dental field that I will get in this college is very vast as it is located in the Ahmedabad City with its vast population and for dental every student's opt for this college as it's priority hence I haven't applied for any other colleges.

The faculties of our college can be approachable but one needs to ask out the time of the facultie before neet one as the have an hactic schedule so asking out the time of our faculties is must. If I talk about my favourite faculty then Liza mam is the one whose lectures are mine favourite one she teaches us the subject of dental material and prosthodontics the things I like about the mam is that her way of explaining the things is very easy and her words are easily adopted by me I don't hate any faculty but yes the dental anatomy subject I think that is hard for me as it has many things to be remembered.

Personally I don't feel like going out at the night time but if I mention about any spot that would have best time at night would be sabarmati riverfront usually all the students like to hangout there during the night time also the locality near the hostel is safe to go out. The timings for gate closing at night is 9:00 pn and open at 6:00 am.
