Great Experience with complete Guidance for appearing for exams

All positive. I cleared my certification. The faculty is good and guided properly.

There is no entrance exam for enrolling in CFP. Just educational qualification and a small face to face interview.

CFP certifcation has 6 subjects out of which exams are conducted for 5. The details are:Introduction to Financial Planning, Risk Analysis and Insurance Planning, Retirement Planning and Employee Benefits, Investment Planning, Tax Planning, Advance Financial Planning From above Exam is not conducted for Introduction to financial Planning. Exams are conducted by NSE.

There was no Internship for my course. CFP certification requires 2-3 years of relevant experience but IIFP provides placements after completing the course.

As I have just completed my certification. I am not sure of the level and quality of placements. I just know that they provide placements.

I never attended any events, though I have heard that events are organised and they do celebrate. For our course, I would say, Clearing AFP exam is a party time.

Fee is for whole course. It was Rs 40, 000 approx for the course. Rest every exam we give on NSE is around RS 2000 and the last exam is for Rs 6000. Competitors are also charging the similar fee, So its ok.

There id loan facility offered by our Institue. Also, I am not awrae of the scholarship programs if any.

Gender ratios - 70:30 in my course. Other extracurricular activities and all, I am not sure. So would not comment on that.

I am not aware of any hostels. Also for canteen in my campus, there were not, many options but basic items were there.

All in all my experience was good. I was able to clear all the exams in one attempt. So the guidance of seniors worked well. They also provided feedback questions which come in exams.

Our exams are conducted by NSE. But before appearing that, our institute also takes practice tests which are necessary to clear to get the certificate from institute.

Honestly, every teacher is different. Some of them are really nice. Some are ok. and Some I would say have great knowledge but they go out of scope of syllabus which for me was a waste of time. CFP course has no time frame. All institutes say it takes 6 m
