A little slice of South Asia

Remarks -

College management is overall good. The people are responsive, faculty members are helpful and till date no official problems have been faced by me. On the other side college is quite new and the building is temporary. Though we plan to move to the allocated location but the deadline is moving ahead all the time. SAARC as a whole is crumbling due to Indo Pak rivalry. It remains to be seen how this SAARC initiative stands the test of time.

I had given the SAU entrance test for MA in International Relations. The entrance test for my program as well as others like Sociology, Economics, Applied Mathematics etc. are conducted annually. Each program has specific entrance test, so if you want to pursue Sociology you have to specifically choose Sociology and give its entrance exam. Its not like BITSAT where streams are given according to marks. Also its a PG college so it does not have undergraduate programs as of yet. Apart from that g...

ONE OF THE BEST COLLEGES IN INDIA

Remarks -

Overall Hindu College excels in each and every aspect, including teaching and non-teaching staff. The admin section is also very helpful and efficient. It is a wonderful space to spend the prime education years. If there has to be a negative remark, it is the washroom and toilet facilities. It is not well managed at all, especially the women's washrooms.

For this course, the university of Delhi, department of eas Asian studies conducts it's own entrance examination, which consist of written exam of 75 marks and interview for 25 marks. There are just 40 seats available in the course. I got the 19th rank in the entrance examination. I opted for this College because it is the only university in India which provides the masters degree in this course, the other university for this course is JNU-Delhi, but that offers the degree of M.Phil. There are j...

About the University

Remarks -

The work culture is very intense at TERI. It's needs to be a little eased out with a few number of subjects as we are studying 8 subjects in a single semester. Therefore it becomes very clogged up and intense by the end of the semester.
