The college is surely one of the best college from the university of Delhi. The college is bound by ethics and values and imparts the same in the students. The faculty are always their for help. It creates a sense of healthy competition in the minds of the students
FEE STRUCTURE AND FACILITIES
It is quite feasible. One needs to pay around ?3500 for a first year fee. In the second year fees is around 4000 because computer lab facility is availed. And in the last year fees is again 3000. Please note examination fees is included in the fees
PLACEMENT WING
The college has its own placement cell or one can register for the central placement cell of the university. Various companies come to the college like Godrej, Ernst and Young etc. Yes the college asks the students to go for internship as it helps them get the practical knowledge in the real world. I worked with the Pricegenie whose job was to compare the prices from different sites and to project the best price to the consumer. No stipend was paid but certificates were awarded for it.
ADMISSION
It is based on the cut off list. I took admission in the first cut off list. You just have to reach the college and get your documents like marks sheet, migration certificate etc verified from the authorities and submit them. The next step is you have to pay the fees and it is done.
ALUMNI
The senior students keep coming to the college from time to time to interact with the current students and address their issues. They take out their valuable time from their schedule to motivate the students to excel. They also help the students in over coming their fear about studies
FACULTY
The faculty are very experienced with a large experience in the field of teaching. They are easily approachable for any issues. They are quite serious about their classes and are very dedicated about it. Regular class test are conducted by them to test the knowledge of the students. Faculty are more like a mentor and guide here.
CAMPUS LIFE
Various curricular activities takes place from time to time in the college starting from debates to recitation competitions. Special emphasis is given to sports, a separate department is there for sports and various inter and intra college sports competitions are organised for cricket, badminton, tennis, chess etc. the college has got state of the art labs for the students
COURSE CURRICULUM OVERVIEW
The curriculum is designed in such a way that it makes the student learn the things. It focuses on theoretical as well as practical aspects making it more adaptive to the students. The exams are held semester wise which tests the knowledge of the students in a very comprehensive manner.
COLLEGE EVENTS
The annual cultural fest is celebrated with zeal and enthusiasm. Various celebrities are called ranging from jaz dhami, indeep bakshi to raghu ram of roadies fame. Various programs are organised from fashion shows to battle of bands. Apart from that various cultural events are conducted from time to time
LOAN/ SCHOLARSHIP PROVISIONS
Scholarships are offered to the students from the BPL sections of the society. The college waives of a large part from their fees. Similarly fees of specially abled students are also waived off. The college promotes scholarship for meritorious students.
