Course Curriculum Overview

5

A good curriculum includes current industry standard emerging technologies and real world applications the ability to choose elective based on interest in the key factor for students and colleges offer limited flexibility which can be restricted strong programs integrate internships projects and lab works to complement technical theoretical learning some universities have research divergent curriculum that support students aiming for postgraduate students for PhDs courses with practical lab sessions internships and industry collaboration trends to the more effective program offering capstone projects case studies and problem solving exercise help bridge academic and legal board applications field like engineering management and computer science often have industries tie ups for better exposures more practical learning increase hands on trainings case studies and industry projects flexible learning paths allow students to customize their degrees with minor specifications and interdisciplinary course most courses follows a semester system like every six months with two internal assessment 20 presents finance master exams 50 to 70% practical exam 10 to 20% uh institution with the strict making system see higher valuable rates 10 to 20% while others are lenient focus on your practical applications rather than purely theoretically assessments

Internships Opportunities

5

Internship opportunities vary depending on their college application industry connections and student inventive some colleges have strong tie ups with companies while other require students to find internship independently most colleges low internship and work second to third years engineering management and commerce students in some universities tuition finally year internships are mandatory as a part of curriculum summer internship two to three months and winter internships are common companies hired directly through internship drives many universities have mou withdraw funds for internship students apply for LinkedIn international and company websites development AI chatbot web apps automation tools etcetera worked on hardware design 3D modeling for core engineering firms conducted marketing research competitor analysis and financial modeling work on digital marketing campaign planning and customer engagement strategy many colleges have dedicated placement cells that helps for resume building interview preparation and internship opportunities some institution conduct mock interviews coding testing and network sessions great for resume building and job placement help develop industry skills and gain experience open doors to pop pre placement offers in top universities

Placement Experience

5

I do not have personal experience with college placement but I can provide details general overview of how placement typically work in college most colleges allow students to sit in placement for 5th semester third year for internship and 7th semester for final year for full jobs some universities have replacement training programs starting for second or third year to prepare students for locative test interviews and technical laws the number of offer depends on the company hiring needs with some companies hiring in bulk 500 plus offers and other hirings like 20 five to 10 offers off campus job hunts many students apply directly to companies while they range or portals and employer raffles highly studies mtech MBA MSO Ms. abroad some students prepare for gate cat et cetera a few students launch their own startups for incubation sports for their colleges.

Fees and Financial Aid

The ear wise fees paid 1,06,000 and in first year the tuition fees is 40,000 and in second year the tuition fees is 40,000 same as in 3rd year same as in fourth year and is fees is 40000 and registration fees is 20 thousands admission fees is 40,000 and development fees is 30 thousands and extra like fee structures or other categories like journal management quotas like 40,000 perriers and in SCST categories like 40 1000 per year obc categories like 40,000 per year and other states Qatar likes 30,000 per year increase in fees over the year the fees has increased decrease mentally stable over the last few years year on year fee hike percentage reason for this fee hike inflation infrastructure development government policy changes et cetera some scholarships require a minimum cgpa like 7.5 plus cgpa for financial ads can be availed through education loans pastured with banks some students get internship based fees through research .

Campus Life

5

Campus life is a mix of social interaction academic growth and extracurricular activities and access to infrastructure that enhance the student experience the vibrancy of college life depends on the quality of festival students club sports and network opportunity most colleges have a flagship culture festival held between October and March most popular culture events include consortiums competition drama stand up comedy and gaming tournaments IIT Bombay moved indias colleges host technical atoms coding challenges robotic competition business case studies these first invites industry experts and life board network innovation challenges and startup pitches the library infrastructure varies depending on their institution funding top quality provide access to global research journal ebooks and digital libraries many institutions offer remote access to research papers there is responsibilities and ebooks in smart classes many colleges have projected digital boards and Wi-Fi enabled classrooms engineering medical and research focus institution offered very equal laboratories for hand on learning Wi-Fi mostly provide hostel Wi-Fi computers.

Admission

Ben selecting a college I consider various factor like placement recalling quality in infrastructure awarded with tea and campus life after throw research and computing option I choose swipe college I got selected in multiple institute but ultimately due to better placement recall stronger leaders the tie ups and over availability compared to others I got rejected by college cutoff marks being higher than my score's limited number of seats in my desired branch and clashing with other collegiate process with let 2 missing 10 + 2 with minimum 50 to 60% marks enters exam scores jejmain cuet etc various examples that each year but generally around for general categories and decks cutoff or reserve categories smooth and transparent and process online station followed by and verification

Faculty

5

The faculty to student ratio varies across colleges but typically ranges from 1:00 to 20 and two one to 50 depending on the department some professors are highly approachable and willing to mentors students outside class hours while others may be more formal and less professions who have industry experience and integrate real world applications into their teachings those who are engaging interactive and provide practical insights rather than just theoretically knowledge faculty members who are supportive for student projects internship and career growth professors who hardly lead too much on road learning and outdated teaching methods those who are not easily approachable or discouraged doubts and decisions some faculty members might too strict with making or based in assessment.

Placement Experience:

Since the first batch of VLSI is yet to be placed I would take example of ECE for reference. Out of 110 students which sat for placements , 91 got placed , median of 13 lakh with avergae of 16 lakh and 61 lakh highest on campus. These are of 24-25 and this year placements are better as even apple visited us after an hiatus of 3 years. In core electronics , Samsung Rnd , TATA electronics , Cadence , Micron etc visited for tech , UKG , PhonePay , Oracle , Accenture etc vist in consulting and finance , Mckinsey , JP Morgan , GoldmanSachs , AmericanExpress visit. After my btech I plan to do a job.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course plan around 7 out of 10 in terms of relevance and depth. I chose this course mainly because it includes core tech subj like DSA, DBMS, OS, AI and cloud, which are useful for jobs in tech field. The presence of lab work and proj based learning also influenced my choice. The curriculum gives a fair base in theory and basic prac skills. It helps in campus place prep and also builds base for higher study like MTech or MS. But real world skill still depends a lot on self study, online course and side proj. Some topics feel updated, but a few subj are still too theory heavy and not linked to real case use. Exams are held twice as mid test and once as end term in each sem. There are also quiz, viva and lab eval. The level is moderate. If you attend class and revise notes, it is manageable. For improve, more live proj, hack event, ind visit and case study should be added. Teach method should shift more to code demo and less slide read
