JIMS VK2 provides 100% placesment & internship opportunities. It is associated which well known companies. The annual salary packages are high upto 9LPA. The intership stipened are also based on the company & performance of the student.

Placement Experience

The college provides a 100% placements to all the students. The selection is purely based on the caliper & performance of the student.The college is associated with reputed companies such as Homelane. Godrej,DeDecor etc with salary packages upto 9LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The course fee is 130000/- per annum including site & field visits. The college provides merit based scholarships starting from 10% which goes on further,which is calculated on basis of best 5 subjects in 12th classThere is no special reservations.

Campus Life

The college beleves in the philosophy of overall development of its students. To maintain the same students are exposed with several college academic & extra curricular activities such as fests, sports day, educational trips and so on.

Admission

JIMS VK2 has an additional UPS of excellent faculty members. In addition to that the fee of the course makes is affordable as compare to other colleges in Delhi NCR. I applied for other colleges for the same course but found JIMS VK2's curriculum promising.

Faculty

The faculties are the USP of the college, they are experienced and expertise in their own fields.They all are polite and provide equal chances to grow and perform.They encourage students to enhance their skills in the most possible way.

Night Life

The college is located near Vasant Vihar metro station which makes it easuily accessible to central delhi having end numbers of restaurants & hangout spaces.Vasant vihar market also have end number of hangout zones which makes the area safe enough to roam around. The college remains open from 8-6 pm.

IITD from a first years perspective

Likes

I like how the campus was big and had all the facilities from sports to extra curricular there is everything you want to do.
The seniors are friendly and whole environment is encouraging and helps in your growth
It’s affordable if you consider the facilities it’s giving and also supports you financially later on.

Dislikes

The hostel wasn’t that good and air conditioning was not allowed. During peak summers you really can’t stay in your rooms.
The pace of everything is pretty fast so you have to be mentally prepared for it
The drainage system isn’t good. It’s the same as the rest of Delhi.

Placement Experience:

The placements are great. The department responsible for placements is OCS and they are the best at their job they find top class recruiters and that too from big companies in your field. They also teach you how to prepare for them from the first year itself.

After the 6th-semester students are eligible for placement sessions. Companies visited are all tech companies core, non-core, etc. The highest package is 1cr and the average is 8 lakhs, 90% of students got placed. Pursuing MBA after this degree.

Insight to Pearl Academy

Placement Experience:

Placements are relatively good in comparison to other fashion colleges and placements start during the 7th semester. Companies like Raymond and high level MNCs come to the campus for placement opportunities. Highest package goes upto 10lpa and 1-2lpa on average. Students having CGPA greater than 8 are offered good packages.

I miss my college life at IIAD!

Placement Experience:

The placement cell was very supportive - I now work for a UI UX design consultancy. Got placed from the college itself. Before that, I got a chance to complete 3 different industry internships -one of them was for 4 months - giving me so much exposure. I learned the maximum during this one.

First, you have to give Written Admission Test GPT and DAT then Personal Interview. All candidates are required to undergo a Personal Interview after the Written Admission Test at their respective Entrance Examination center /Personal Interview center’s mentioned on their Admit Card.

Great skill development!

Entrance Preview:

Entrance examination is conducted by the college itself! And there is no such score.. They tell if the student has cleared for the interview or not! And i opted for this college because this is one of the top five design colleges in India.

Great Memories

Remarks:

There are mostly good remarks but one bad remark is that you have to continue your course from the university in Sohna after 2 years of span at the college in Delhi. This is to populate the university and to get the right kind of exposure from their but, in the end its all a happy memory.

A disciplined college with average exposure and honest reality.

I applied to a few private college in delhi ncr for bca.I also explored some government and well-known colleges, but either the cutoff was high or seats were limited.I got confirmed admission from a couple of simialr level private institution, but i choose jims vk2 mainly because the admission process was clear and fast .college is well known in delhi for managemnt and computer courses .Location is good and easy to reach. i tried for better college but i could not get in because high cutoff, limited seated ,strong competition Admission process at jims vk2 Eligibility- 12th pass with required percentage entrance exam mostly merit based cutoff average not very high you can easily take admission in this college....Read More
