Coming to positive side college provides good ampience for study purpose. Labs and Library needs to be developed more. Coming to negative side canteen facility is too poor and Infrastructure doesn't meet up to the point.
Course Curriculum Overview
This course is a six year long pharmacy integrated PG degree. This course was implemented in India in 2008 to meet the demand of clinical pharmacists world wide. Exams are conducted yearly and the results are published within 2 months
Placement Experience
Currently placements are only for D pharm and B pharm courses. And No direct placements are available for Pharm D students. College provides six months internship for D pharm and one year internship for Pharm D. I don't have any idea about stipend.
College Events
Since the college is located in Tamil Nadu, their regional and cultural festivals and functions are celebrated for example Pongal and Ayutha pujai. Pongal celebration is conducted grandly. Other events like Freshers day and Farewell day are also conducted.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Comparing other pharmacy colleges fee structure of this college is low. The fee is feasible only. This college will ask capitation fees upon joining and the fees should be payed in time to avoid fine.
Fees and Financial Aid
Currently college is not providing any scholarships or loan facilities. But they will help in availing government scholarships and bank education loans. Most of the banks are ready to provide loans for pharmacy cources as it provides good success rate.
Campus Life
Extracurricular activities in the college includes Annual day celebrations, college day celebrations, Freshers day, Farewell day etc. Labs are well established neet and tidy. Sports day are conducted yearly.
Alumni/Alumna
Currently Pharm D course has no pass outs yet in this college as the course just started in 2014. Other courses like B pharm and D pharm has many passouts and they are still in contact with us to provide proper guidance.
Admission
I attended a career guidance class conducted by manorama in Cochin. And there I met an agency who joined me in this college. The service of the agency was impressive and they gave proper guidance like route map to us.
Faculty
Facilities are talented and experienced but they lack external exposure which means most of them started working from this college only. Staffs are well qualified and friendly nature. Gents staffs exceeds ladies staffs in number.
