Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is relevant and there are many languages i learned, in 2 years , stull having the last year pending all the subjects are totally relevant and interesting to study! The difficulty level is moderate and easy to understand

Internships Opportunities

In this june we were provided with an internship training in 6 different domains for BCA- cybersecurity, data science, full stack, mobile app development, UI/UX, digital marketing. I personally opted for cyber security and the experts came from many different companies like delhi mohali to train us and it was overall a good experinece we even got certificates after completeing

Fees and Financial Aid

Semester wise fees of BCA is 29500/- plus the examination fees 2500 to PTU.. yes the college provide scholarships available to students. It is budget friendly and provide proper labs for practial knowledge

Campus Life

Overall experience is very good, the college organizes many events and encourages us to participate the main event here is KOSHISH the whole college waits for this whole year and this is the best event here so far

Admission

I applied for PCTE because for graduation i had to stay in ludhiana and PCTE is one of the best college in ludhiana, i chose this over other colleges because of its more practical knowledge and confidence building and communication skills

Faculty

Faculty is very friendly and helps us in everything we require. There is good faculty and sufficient that they can handle the classs and they also teach apart from curriculum for some extra knowledge. The exam structure is like we have 2 MSE's 5 presentations and end semester exams.

Night Life

The college has gym, in the campus and in the hostel, there are many cafeterias in our campus and it is safe to roam around at night, personally i didnt opted for hostel so i have no idea about night life in campus

A perfect college to take admission for a good future

Likes

Interactions with lecturers from internation universities like- harvard and university of scotland
The mentors and faculties were supportive
They used to conduct placement assistance aswell.

Placement Experience:

We were offered placement assistance as it was an online program and i really think it is a good initiative because college are least bothered for placements for their online programs. As i had to pursue a career in marketing i started doing projects and internships in marketing and sales domain.

Time table is being followed which is very important for us.
In hostels, girls security is superb. Whenever we go home or local outing we must video call and take consent of our parents and after coming back to hostel than also we video call to our parents to ensure we have reached hostel back.
Webinars are held related to our courses to get to know more about are course in India and internationally also.

Dislikes

I think it will be good if we focus on what line we have to go in further rather studying about those subjects which are not much related to our main line of profession.
Sometimes, delays in processes like fee submission, exam schedules or results accouncements.
Outdated labs, libraries or technological facilities can hinder learning.

Placement Experience:

Students typically become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester of their course. Over 170 companies participate in placement drives annually. Notable recruiters include Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra and many more. Highest package is ?32.5 LPA , average package is ?4.5 LPA. Approximately 70%-80% of eligible students secure placement. My plans after getting the degree is probably opting for MCA or specialized certification to improve career prospects.

Environment is great. I had no problems in settling
The canteen is good and the food served their is delicious.
Faculty members take good care of students.

Dislikes

Their are too many students in one class.
The view is not quite good while sitting at back benches.
The projectors are not provided in every class.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in 3rd or 4th semester. Their are several companies visiting our campus for placements some of them are heml, Amazon, flipkart, etc. Average package is around 7 to 8 lacs. I plan to go abroad for further studies.
