The Global Study Awards, launched by British Council in 2015, are for aspiring students who wish to undertake UG and PG-level programs at universities abroad. The chosen institution must be an IELTS test score receiving institution towards the proficiency of English.
Each year, two recipients are selected under the Global Study Awards program. As mentioned, the recipients receive GBP 10,000 for the payment of tuition fees. However, if the tuition fee is less than the award amount, the rest of the amount can be used towards the living expenses in the first 52 weeks of the study at the international institution.
