Programs, Residence and Resident Permit

  • In addition to the Master’s programmes, Swedish School of Textile and Swedish School of Library and Information Science departments also offer research programs to the interested applicants.
  • In Sweden, the PhD positions are employment positions as well, so a PhD seat is rolled out only when there is an employment opportunity available.
  • A student who is a resident of any country other than EU/EEA, is mandatorily required to have a resident permit.
  • The university does not provide on-campus facility of accommodation to its international students. Rather, it works in collaboration with AB Bostader, the largest student accommodation agency, to help the students get residence facility.
