My career counselor suggested me to opt for this based upon my interests and previous academic performances. I immediately applied to the college through their official portal by paying an application fee of £50.
In the first eight months of the course, we will study our choice of taught modules to a total of 120 credits, which may include a mini-project. In the final four months, we will work on our summer project and dissertation, individually supervised by a member of the research-active staff in the school.
I found about this school from my relative who goes there. The tuition was very very affordable for me so I liked it. I also really liked the program that was being offered to me and the location of the University of Birmingham and the areas around the University of Birmingham. Overall the school was a great experience.
It was good.
I chose Birmingham because it is apart of the Russell Group universities, meaning that it does have a level of prestige over those that are not apart of the group. The university also allowed me to study Masters in the way that I wanted to, by doing a research course instead of teaching one, and so able to focus on the thesis.
My course does not have a curriculum as such because it is a research degree. However, this means that I am able to focus on subject matter that greatly interests me which is amazing, and means I can go much more in depth on the matters.
