I got AAB at A-levels which wasn't enough for the course I wanted to study (medicine). The course was marketed for students who didn't get the grades for medicine for the chance to transfer into medicine. A tutor I spoke to said I had a good chance of getting onto the transfer scheme.

Course Curriculum - 

The course itself if good and I understand they have recently changed the curriculum to make it more science-based (and therefore more relevant to research). However, they shouldn't mislead prospective students that it will be easy to transfer to medicine.
