STUDENT SATISFACTION RATINGS

THE STUDENT EXPERIENCE NOT TO BE MISSED

Among other reasons, it was more specific to what I wanted to do and would set me up nicely for a PhD if that's what I decided I wanted to do afterwards. I looked at applying to other universities too, but reviews told me that students had more of a negative experience, living in expensive cities and struggling to get help from tutors. Whereas at Stirling, there were high reviews of the student experience, with it being one of the cheapest cities in the country and the university putting students first, offering help wherever possible.

Course Curriculum -

It covers the many branches of psychology and gives a broad understanding of different perspectives. Lectures go beyond your own field and give you knowledge in other interesting disciplines, such as human and animal interaction and abnormal psychology. This gives you a grounding in areas outwith your own field and helps to give you a better overall understanding of psychology.
