Ans. Both IIIT Allahabad and IIIT Delhi are well-recognized colleges in the country. IIIT-A has its own brand value and is one of the oldest colleges. IIIT A recorded 100% placements last year with an average package of around 13 LPA. IIIT D also recorded 100% placements with a similar average package, but if you compare the course fee for both the colleges, IIIT A has a total fee of 5.34 lakhs while IIIT D charges 16.24 lakhs. So clearly the value for money is more if you invest in IIIT Allahabad. Now let’s look at the other colleges mentioned above – DTU is the most recognized colleges among the rest in the list, and is one of the most sought-after colleges for CS. The placement records for both DTU and DAIICT are similar, in terms of the average package offered but DTU recorded around 60% placement last year as compared to 90% in DAIICT. But DTU is one of the oldest colleges in the country, holds a higher brand value, and attracts top-tier companies. NSIT is considered a very good college for placements in the CS branch with providing around 90% placements last year with an average package of 11 LPA. NIT Calicut charges a lower fee of 5.2 lakhs and provided an average package of 8 LPA last year, and the college recorded around 100% placement. The choice between DTU, DAIICT, NSIT, and NIT Calicut would be DTU, taking into account the brand value it has, the companies it attracts, and it’s focused on the overall development of a student with an ample amount of opportunities available for the students. So the two best choices here are IIIT A and DTU, and if you get any of the two colleges, it would be a great accomplishment for you and a great opportunity to build a great future. Read more
