The reason, why I choose MPAE, is because I'm interested in car and machines, also the faculty at my departure was very good they have excellent knowledge about their field you can do projects with them as well as many of done Ph.D. too and their teaching method was good they try to teach in a different way so that students can understand
Course curriculum has changed after 2015 from Normal to cbcs i.e grading system in which student has to choose their elective on their own. Faculties are good ,many of them are PhD from iit,s and having graduation degree from other premier colleges.apart from this, some faculties come from dtu and iiit delhi. Exams were conducted on time but results were delayed for 6-7 months.
Curriculum and academics is good infact very serious in that area faculty is nice too but administration is bit slow and inefficient. Also exposure is good and crowd is good too in terms of skills. Industrial experience is good. Netaji subhas university of technology is a good college to take admission in one of the finest.
Fee Structure is a bit expensive for a government school like you have to spend around 2.5 lakh for college and hostel every year. Yes college provides you transparency in fee they will give you fee structure if you apply for it in which breakdown of fee is mentioned and no additional fee is paid. No you will not get admission by giving extra money if you have talent only then you will get admission in this college.
Course curriculum is very good in this college. Exam process consists of mid semester examination and end semester examination and teachers assesment marks of all these sections are added in final examination. Yes industrial visit are there after 4th semester and profeesor teaches you in a very good manner and you will get campus placement surely.
Talking about the course curriculum it is new and good because of the new University formed (formerly NSIT).it is quite to the point and technical knowledge having lots of practicals for core branches. Faculties are ok some of them support very well and some don't care much.
Most people in our college focus on programming, because the companies that come to the college come to hire people for tech profiles. The opportunities for non tech and core profiles are not as many. So if one wants to go for tech profile, then CS and IT stream is best, because any other branch in this case, just adds to extra studies and burden. Otherwise if you want to go in core fields, then the curriculum is good and updated. The faculty/teaching staff is okay, I would say. There is not much focus/encouragement on research or practical applications (of core engineering sciences) though.
The college is on the top in academics. All the latest and relevant topics are taugh here and lots and lots of industrial exposure. Faculty is too good and are simply brilliant in their subjects. Anshul sir who taught us FOC were simply amazing.
Curriculum was updated just a year before i entered into college i.e. in 2016. There is a faculty, his name is D.V.Gadre, he is great in his domain and often guide students through practical applications. He runs two labs -CEDT and TI-CEPD for student's exposure to real world applications of electronics.
Syllabus is made in a such a way that students do not feel burdened. Both practical and theoretical knowledge are given equal importance here. Faculty is good and very helpful. They will help you whenever you need them.
