BRABU has released the Third Merit List for UG Admission 2020-21. Candidates can take admission based on this list from Dec 18 to Dec 23, 2020.

Bhim Rao Ambedkar Bihar University, also known as BRABU was established in 1960 and is located in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. The University has 39 constituent colleges, 17 affiliated colleges, 2 business management colleges and also offers distance education courses. At present, it offers a total of 59 courses including UG, PG and Research level courses.
All the courses offered by the University are approved by UGC and it has also been accredited Grade B by NAAC. The institute is a popular and reputed university in Bihar and also offers both part time as well as full time courses, expanding the system of education in Bihar.
The university releases a merit list for admission to various programs. For Ph.D and B.Ed programs, the University conducts Entrance tests. MBA Admission will be granted on the basis of merit in CAT, MAT, XAT score. Application form for admission are released online.

The university offers admission to various UG, PG and Doctoral Courses. The candidates have to apply for all the courses offline except for B.Ed to which they can apply online.
Application form for admission to various UG, PG and Ph.D courses is available online. University conducts separate Admission process for various programs, choose the correct option form UG, PG and Ph.D Application form. Before filling the application form candidates are also required to create an account in Digital Document Management System and subsequently create an NAD ID.

Ques. Is residing in hostels compulsory?
Ans. No, staying in a hostel is not compulsory. Students can opt to daily come to college by their own means. However, Hostel facility is available if students want to opt for hostels.

Ans. The University has a separate centre for Distance Education namely Directorate of Distance Education which takes care of the Distance education programmes and part time courses that are offered by the college. The courses offered are MBA, BBA, BA, MA, B.Sc to name a few.

Ans. The college offers various vocational courses all approved by UGC. Ans. No, the students are selected on the basis of the marks scored by them in the qualifying examination i.e. 10+2 examinations. No separate entrance exam is conducted for any of the UG courses.
Ques. Does BRABU conduct any Entrance test for admission?
Ans. Yes, for admission to B.Ed and Ph.D program of BRABU conducts admission test. The Ph.D department conducts separate test for each course offered by the University. Final selection will e conducted on the basis of candidate performance in interview and qualifying examination.

Hello, the college does not offers integrated course. It only offers general B.Ed course whose duration is 2 years.
