Nalanda Open University Course Details

• Nalanda Open University currently offers two PGDM programs namely PGD in Marketing Management and PGD in Financial Management.
• The courses are only one year in length and are not divided into any semesters. 
• At the end of the year, students of these courses must appear in a proctored final examination to obtain the degree.
• The complete course is offered in distance mode and students have to be mostly reliant on self-studies and the materials provided by the university.
• Both courses have six theory modules and students are judged on the performance in the final examination and assignments.

Nalanda Open University PGDM Syllabus 

Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management 

The maximum possible score in this program is 600. A student needs to secure at least 198 marks with at least 33% marks in each paper to pass the program.

Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management 

The marks distribution and regulations for this course is the same as the PGD in Financial Management. In the below table, we have listed all six papers.

Nalanda Open University PGDM Scholarships

As mentioned above, all female students of Nalanda Open University are eligible for a discount (flat 25%) in the course fees. Apart from that, there are no significant scholarships available for the PGDM students of the university.
