Ans. The average placement package at DTU for a CSE undergraduate is 7-9 lakhs. But the average salary is not a decent parameter for judging the placements of any institute. As the calculation of average includes overseas placements as well. The package for those is in crores and that inflates the average amount.  On the other hand, there are also students who get placement packages below the average amount and there are also people who don’t appear for placements as they have plans for higher studies. However, medians are a better way to judge and the median for CSE at DTU is 9-10 lakhs.  In the most recent i.e. batch of 2020’s placement session, the highest package (domestic) for CSE students was 40 LPA and 122 students got placed from CSE alone. DTU has a very dedicated placement cell and thus, major companies like Amazon, Bain & Company, Bank of America, DE Shaw & Co visit the campus placement.   Read more

Good thing was the infrastructure with a lot of greenery. Professors were interacting and experienced with lot of knowledge. The admission was through JEE Mains exam only after clearing that one will undergo counselling for several rounds and then is alloted preferred branch till august and then with the starting of august , your session starts with parallely running spot round of counselling. Obviously DTU, NSIT,IIIT is something which is always preferred by every engineering aspirants after IITs and may be after some NITs But DTU amongst these NSIT, IIIT and DTU is best. I chose DTU management branch which is located in east Delhi because it has a great ranking in india and even if apply for masters in abroad. Its faculty is the best all the professors are from IIT. The first batch passed out this year only and if i talk about getting jobs just after Graduation then for BBA no college like amity or IP is better than mine as In the first batch Itself nearly 40% got jobs that too highest pay being Rs 10,00,000 which is commendable

The new DTU campus is well connected by road. Facilities include a library, a computer centre, a sports complex, eight boys' hostels, six girls' hostels, and a married couples' hostel. The campus has residential facilities for faculty and staff. The campus has an auditorium and two open-air theatres out of which one is called the OAT (Open-air Theatre) and the other is called the Mini OAT (Mini open-air theatre).
