The faculties are not that upto the mark due to which most of the students study themselves only. The course curriculum is a bit old but it is fine. Academics is based on cgpa and it is based on relative grading. There are three branches only ie CSE,EEE and ECE.
Academics is good.Faculties are also highly qualified and are create student friendly environment during teaching.Due to less number of students in a class, there is more one to one interaction between the teachers and the students. There are smart boards through which the teachers teaches sometimes.Teachers are very helpful and are always there to help.
The faculty is not upto the mark. Most of them beleive that completing assignments, attending lectures without understanding is education. Course curriculum is a bit outdated and not relevant to the industry standard.
this is a government institution and every thing is under control of government and they are well experienced professors so they manage everything and schedule the timeatble very perfectly so we have the best course curriculum and academics when compared to other colleges in India. Faculty in our college are very experienced and they down to earth. I'm feeling very great to be a student for these proffesors.
National Institute of Technology Delhi provides very good amount of knowledge. Through its well designed curriculum. In which credit points are divided into many segments. for example semester one has 25 credits while semester 8 has 15 credits as in semester 8 you have to do some major projects and internship and other works. there follows very standard books and the faculty and professors taught in very well manner and each student get the depth of the knowledge. each student try to get more and more knowledge of other branches also because in future we need all the technologies together so the computer science graduate always try to do some innovative things with electrical and electronics...
The course syllabus is updated as per the new guidelines. The faculties are good enough to clear all your queries. The teaching patterns change on the basis of requirements of students and is done as per the convenience of students.
We have cooperative faculty here. They are highly skilled and make us understand most of the topics with quiet ease. Highly recommend to make good relations with the faculty as they can be really beneficial during time of fetching internships.
The fee structure is very expensive which is around 80-90 thousand rupees per semester plus mess fees of around 15000 per semester for the students whose family's annual income is above 5 lakhs. There is no permanent campus and hostels. The hostels for first and second year boys are nearly 10km away from the college and daily they have to go to college on a bus which is rented by the college from some private owner.
The course curriculum is fair at NIT Delhi, but the number of faculty in the institute are very less. The first year curriculum is same for all the branches and then the curriculum for a respective branch starts in the second year. Shortage of faculty is a problem for students, because the students have no freedom to select their own electives in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th years. Instead they have to take the electives that college suggests and could provide faculty for. The best part is the college allocates good courses in these electives and the faculty have good knowledge in the field. The Exams are conducted in two phases. The Mid Semester (25% of total marks) and the End Semester(50% of tota...
The course took 4 years and this this will completely change your life your views . Academic is also good all course will be regular even in present covid 19 situation exam was conducted very efficient manner.
As I am studying in a government college the overall fees for my compelete course is very less as compared to private colleges,I would say that it is rather inexpensive, firstly I had to pay the initial admission fee after which I pay the fees every semester.
The course curriculum is good but a bit difficult to follow, the course remains same for nearly first two years for almost all engineering branches but from the third year it becomes industry specific, there are also seminars organised by the college institute for providing us the necessary information that would help us get good placements.
Thanks for your valuable feedback. Our team will look into it.
