    India's Best Architecture College

    Remarks -
    7 /10

Good thing is the Best college for architecture in India where you can learn a lot. Bad thing is old campus. Hostel is 10 kms away. Also the pressure of the course. We are given homeworks and need to all night long work often.

    Admission -

Joint Entrance Examination paper 2 is required to get admission. I have the exam in April 2016. The admission process is conducted through JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority). I couldn't get the college in the 6 rounds. Based on choice and rank. I was in another college for 1 month. Then I got in there in spot round.

    Good college

    Remarks -
    5.7 /10

Overall I'd say it's a pretty good college considering its much better than alot of colleges in Delhi and even though it's not perfect or anything to be impressed with. It still holds up as one of the best colleges in Delhi in my opinion.

    Admission -

Gave the NATA exam, which can be given anytime you prefer and then i sat through the admission counselling/selection process, and selected the college based on the nata and cbse score combined. The colleges were given based on cutoffs

The college management is good. Many people don't like that the college is so far from the city, but that's the case with many colleges that have big campuses.

    Admission -

You have to write Jee mains paper-2 for admission into architecture for nits or top government colleges, based on your rank your college gets allotted a seat.SPA's are considered one of the best colleges for architecture. The admission process is similar to all colleges certificate verification, fee payment, registration.

Visiting faculties are Soo gud and they are gud aged people till 60years and have very gud in-depth knowledge and experience in practical field which is a plus point. Some departments are very good like transport having good staffs, but people are supposed to work beyond their limit. Some departments are too chill.

    Admission -

First I filled the application form during February then got shortlisted list during march then had an interview in April then I got selected list and wait-list during end of April. Interview questions will be so general such as where are you from, and why did you choose this course and what is your future aim and why did you choose that particular department.

No one is perfect. I am happy with what I am getting from my college.

    Admission -

I always wanted to be an architect. Since the college in which I am studying is the best in india. So, to get admission in S.P.A, we have to pass exam JEE MAINS PAPER-2. I got 177 rank and got admission in the college. According to rank I was also able to get the hostel. After the exam which is conducted on first Sunday of April, we have to attend JOSAA counselling, in which we get the college according to our rank. Then in last week of July the admission process starts and classes starts just after the allotment of hostel.

The rigor of the acamedics can often lead to unprecedented stress. There isn't any effort from the college to help students cope with this stress. A councillor was appointed for a only brief while. We don't find support among the faculty either. The student community is what helps us cope with the difficult life. The administration, as in most government institutions, is difficult to navigate. The good thing is that you don't have to deal with them directly. You will experience their inefficiency indirectly though. They will be in limelight for those who join the studens' council. Gear up for hell. If one is extremely sure about pursuing architecture, then the college provides one with enoug...

    Admission -

The admission was solely through the ranks received in the entrance exam named AIEEE paper 2. Once the ranks were published, we had to list out our preferences of the list of colleges viz SPAs and NITs. There were multiple rounds of allotment. In each round we could opt out if we were satisfied with the allotment or continue to look for a better option as per our preferred list. Once we finalize the college, we had to get the certificates verified at one of the designated centers along with a DD for part payment of the fees. This meant that we could go to the college directly for the joining, where the rest of the admission process would be completed. The verification process took a day and ...

A good learning environment with a good spacious campus. The people here are very soft spoken so anyone finds it easy to approve the authority. The college is really nice with no ragging which helps others to feel free

    Admission -

I had gotten this college with my JEE marks and since this course was something different from the regular doctor or engg course i thought of taking this. The admission process is easy first you fill up the form and it gets approved by the college giving the attested copies of your identity.

    SPA DELHI REVIEW

    Remarks -
    2.8 /10

Overall, there are lots of negative remarks on SPA DELHI. They do not even provide basic facilities for the fees they take. Even what little facilities that exists are very poorly maintained. The lifts does not work more often than not, the coolers for drinking water are outdated and filters unchanged, fire extinguishers outdated, poor parking facilities, no grounds for sports related activities, no air conditioners in the classroom for the unbearable Delhi heat, very poor provision of funds, non-existent placement cells, and the lists goes on.

    Admission -

The admission to SPA DELHI is through JEE MAIN PAPER 2 examination conducted by JOSAA, which is under MHRD, India. This is the same exam for admission to various NITs and SPAs in India. After the results came, I had to shortlist my preference for 3 colleges that take admission through this exam, on the JOSAA website. After this procedure, and after various rounds of allotment, I got to know that I got admission to SPA DELHI.

The college is one of the best ranked colleges in India and Asia for Architecture. It has a cozy campus making everyone know everyone here. Amazing hostel with amazing mess food although repetitive but far better than other hostels.

    Admission -

Have to give JEE mains paper 2 exam. Get the cutoff marks. Then counselling stage one happens where we are supposed to state the college and course choices. Then according to the ranks those are alloted.

Everything is just good college life great because its senior- Junior interactions /Relationship. Faculty members are very helpful.but due to its old infrastructure it is losing its reputation gradually.

    Admission -

It is based upon jee main paper-2 score. If your score is higher.Atleast ,in top 0.5percentile then you may be qualify for the Admission process. In jee paper 2 exam you have to scoee atleast 270+ out of 390 for grab your chances to get admission in this college.
