Ans. IGNOU and DU, both are one of the best institutes available in India. The quality of education provided by both universities is on par. IGNOU provides both regular as well as distance courses as per the convenience of the aspirant. Thus after properly evaluating both the institutes, the candidate must consider the appropriate institute for their education.
It is among the very few institutes which offer almost all the courses.
There are almost 228 degrees, diploma, certificate, and doctoral courses that students can choose from.

Ans. Delhi School of Economics is a highly sought after college for MA in Economics which is affiliated to DU. However, DSE is not the only college under DU that offers a MA in Economics. There are few other colleges like St. Stephen College, Shri Ram College of Commerce, Hindu College, Hans Raj College, etc that also offer MA programs in Economics.
The entrance exam for the program at DSE is the same as the rest which is conducted by DU. Candidates get selected to DSE or other DU colleges based on the merit list formed by DU.
