Ans. Since you do not want to continue with SBI due to whatever reasons, so it would be a better option to follow what you want to and don’t continue in your job. Now, you have three options to choose what you want to do:- You can resign your current job and search for a job in a private bank. This option might not be a feasible one as the entry-level pay at SBI is much more lucrative than other banks. Your experience might not be valued in case you do not have much of it. You can go for an MBA from NMIMS Mumbai, SIBM Pune, or MDI Gurgaon. In this case, your experience will be valued during the placement process and you will be an eligible contender for middle management jobs in private banks and you may also explore new fields like corporate finance or trade finance.  The other option is to wait for two more years of experience and pursue a one-year MBA provided you are ready to continue in SBI for two more years. Furthermore, there are other factors as well like GMAT score you get after two years.    Read more

    Course Curriculum -

Faculty members are extremely nice and understanding. They are very empathetic and you can approach them with anything. Psychology teachers are not so good but otherwise faculty is really good. Curriculum can be tough but interesting. You get a chance to learn a lot through internal assessment. You learn to see issues from all kinds of angles. Exams are not that tough to pass and are spaced out well. We have more assignments than tests so that is good. You get to learn a lot.

    "NMIMS Mumbai review"

The greatest advantage I feel of studying in Narsee Monjee is the great brand recall it has among the industries, and the teaching level and pedigree of the faculty is also good. Also the college placement committee does a brilliant job of getting their students placed, it has maintained a 100% placement record over the last many years and that too with a good package floor. Only combo would say is a high fees and batch size

    "Holistic experience!"

This college gives you a very holistic experience. We have like 9-12 subjects every semester and 3rd year is the year where you choose your specialisation. However, I’d say that it’s not as good for psychology so if you know you want to pursue psychology, go for a BA (Hons.) Psychology only. Otherwise it’s really good for Social Sciences and people who want to specialise in Literature, Media and Sociology or people who want to go into research because we get a lot of experience and learn skills of research. Its a different world altogether but it can be very stressful at times because workload is a lot and 50% is Internal Assessment which consists of assignments and 50% exams for almos...
