Remarks :

First and foremost is that, NEHU is a central University, providing all the facilities that are available in any other central universities, which undoubtedly are much better than private colleges. Secondly, the soothing climate and scenario of Shillong pretty much increases your urge to study, as studying in such an enhanced environment is a bliss. As my course is B.Tech(ECE), the professors of our School Of Technology are really very good and much qualified. It was my wish to pursue Electronics Engineering after 12th, and I got my dream stream in NEHU.

Entrance Preview :

I took into the Joint Entrance Examination i.e. JEE. I scored 80 in the entrance and my effective score was 81.5. North Easter Hill University is a reputed university of Shillong. I got to know about this college from one of my Physics Sir when I was in my 12th class. Since then I had thought about it.

Placement Experience :

The placement and job opportunities are of an average level. Recently, some of the seniors were placed with a good package. Of course, the deserved one will be placed and the one who were placed were really a deserving one. I don't have much idea regarding the past of the university and so the ex students. As I am a fresher to the university will be getting to know eventually.
