NIMS University was established under the NIMS University Rajasthan Act in the year 2008. It offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level programs at its campus in various fields.
NIMS University Admissions will be done on the basis of fulfillment of eligibility criteria along with the score of entrance exam conducted by NIMS University. Along with the entrance exams conducted by the university, GATE and NEET scores are also taken into consideration for certain courses.
NIMS offers excellent placements and some of the companies who visit for the recruitment of the students are Axis Bank, Coca-Cola, CNBC, and Bajaj, etc.

NIMS University Courses
MBBS, BDS, BPT, BOT & B.Sc. Nursing
Admissions to the Medical science and related courses offered at NIMS university are done on the basis of marks obtained in NIMS University entrance examination. For MBBS & BDS programs NEET score is also considered for admission. Admission to medical/dental courses will be strictly done on the basis of the entrance examination.
B.Tech, B.Sc, BBA, BCA
Candidates appeared in 10+2 board examination Science and Mathematics from any recognized university or equivalent board will be eligible to apply for B.Tech program. Admission to B.Tech will be done on the basis of the entrance examination, however, during non-availability of candidates the admission will be done based on the merit of the qualifying examination.
B.Pharm, B.Sc & Pharm.D
Candidates can choose the B.Pharm program after the completion of class 12th (PCB). In addition, the university offers M.Pharm for the candidates looking for a higher degree in the field of Pharmacy. D. Pharm and M.Pharm program is of two years whereas B.Pharm program takes four years to complete. Candidates seeking admission in D.Pharm, B.Pharm program in NIMS University will be selected with respect to the qualifying marks secured.
B.Arch, BHMS & LL.B
At the UG level, NIMS University provides a number of courses like B.P.Ed, BCA, B.Sc, B.Sc.(Hons.), B.Com, B.Com (Hons.), B.A, B.A.(Hons.), BJMC and LL.B in the variety of area. To secure admission B.Arch program, students have to qualify in NATA, a national level entrance for Architecture programs.
M.Tech, MBA & MCA
NIMS University has various postgraduate courses in its servings for the candidates seeking higher education. M.Tech, MBA, MSW, M.P.Ed, MHM, MCA, MCA Lateral Entry, M.Sc, M.Com, M.A, Master of Journalism & Mass Communication & PGP in Media Management (Dual Degree), PG Diploma and LL.M are offered by the university at the Master’s level.
M.Tech admissions are done on the basis of score obtained in the GATE entrance examination or NIMS University Entrance exam.
M.Sc Nursing, MD, MS, MDS, M.Ch, DM, MPT & MOT
Graduate candidates from an authorized university only can apply for any of the PG level courses. The admission to the medical science courses such as MD/MS/MDS is done on the basis of PGCET/ PG NEET conducted on the national level.
M.Sc & Pharm.D
NIMS University D.Pharm & M.Sc programs in various specializations. Students will be selected on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination followed by NIMS University entrance test.
LL.M, M.Sc, M.Com, MJMC
To secure admission in these courses graduation degree in a relevant discipline is required. Selection will be performed on the basis of marks in the qualifying degree examination followed by the performance in NIMS University entrance. NRI/Foreign Applicants will get admission on the basis of merit of marks obtained in qualifying examinations.
