Placement Experience :

The placement is very decent at IIM T. If we compare other new IIMs, the IIM T is the best option with an area of the field. The median and means are almost similar and it's around 15 Lac. The companies are also decent and many similar to old IIMs, which are not visiting other new IIMs.

Remarks :

I am interested to explore South Indian culture and also I heard many goods thing about college on pagalguy, and other different sites. Many motives to come to college is college Reputation in CAP and second location.

Placement Experience :

Prominent recruiters like JP Morgan & Chase Co, Ultratech Cement, GMR Group, Amazon, HCL, Avalon Consulting, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, KPMG, Mindtree, visit the campus every year for the final placement drive. Around 94 companies participated in the placement and 170 job offers were accepted by the students. The highest package was offered at INR 35.72 LPA

Remarks :

The institute offers a great student exchange program with an excellent academic curriculum involving modern day techniques. The Admission process starts in the month of July and the new session is commenced from August every year. Students who wish to pursue this course are required to appear for the CAT exam and have great academic records.

From the 3rd term, placements of the final term start. Top companies like Mckinsey and Delloite also visit the campus but the number of hires is very low as compared to top IIMs. There are a lot of companies that visit and provide average offers.

Remarks :

Among the top most institutes of the country. Competitive students and best teachers. World-class infrastructure. The Alumni network is solid. Some areas to be worked upon: Management can be more flexible. 2022 batch is still not in a campus completely and this is not the same for other institutes of the country.

It is openly available on the website, which is accurately mentioned with companies name. Al the companies are visiting the campus. the eligibility depends on companies like fin major, marketing with a grade like some companies need the higher grade. The companies offered core roles with a decent amount of CTC. There is almost 100% placement on IIM Trichy.

Remarks :

I am Finance enthusiasm and this is the only new IIMs, which provide finance campus. I heard many things about the campus like Faculties, infrastructure of the college is nice and also about campus life is decent compare to others.

The college has 100% final placement as well as Summer. There are many good companies that visited the campus with good core roles like product development, analytics, and consultant. The average and highest packages are the same as in reports. and the median is around 15 lakhs for finals.

Remarks :

Yes, it's the only college in CAP, which is famous for finance. The faculty of finance is very experience and co-operate connection, which helps us to learn real-life experience. The college admission process started with CAT and interview rounds along with CAP. I preferred many sites like pagalguy, InsideIIMS, etc.

Ans. IIM Trichy is better than IIM Kashipur as it is ranked 15th by NIRF for MBA and 7th by the Outlook- iCare MBA Ranking for 2020 while IIM Kashipur was ranked 33 by NIRF for MBA 2020. IIM Trichy is a better business school for various reasons: IIM Trichy is well- connected having the nearest International Airport with direct flights to places in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Whereas, for IIM Kashipur, the nearest airport is in Pantnagar. This range of connectivity allows IIM Trichy to easily build ties with companies from those regions. IIM Trichy is only 6 hours away via road, from major cities like Bangalore and Chennai. IIM Trichy is one of the best among the few business schools in South India; it takes the same amount of time to reach, say, Delhi via flight from Trichy and from Kashipur. There are no language barriers, you don’t need to learn Tamil because people speak English and Hindi which makes it easy for students coming from different Indian states. The mess food is multi-cuisine so that students coming from different states can easily get accustomed to it.
