Feasible. ROI as already mentioned is 100%. You get to spend around 9 lakhs and avg Placement is 10lpa. Companies coming to campus are pretty good. Already mentioned as ICICI bank. Swadhar, kpmg, dunhummby, securities and others are prominent companies visiting.
One of the best in the country. The pedagogy is finest with the teachers who have experience of more than averge of 10yrs combined. The course is designed keeping the industry in the loop and regular updation is there to keep it up to date. The exposure of theory and practice is reflected.
I find fee as feasible Fee structure: 25000 college fee and 21000 is the hostel fee so total fee each semester is 47000 I find fee as feasible Fee structure: 25000 college fee and 21000 is the hostel fee so total fee each semester is 47000 I find fee as feasible Fee structure: 25000 college fee and 21000 is the hostel fee so total fee each semester is 47000
our course curriculum mostly contains computer science fundamentals, but each semester we have 1 elective subject, some of the electives are: image processing machine learning data science networking etc Main subjects are Operating system Algorithm design C++ programming language Information technology Accounting
Yes the fee was affordable for many students. To say in detail our college fee is 85000.Bus fee is separate for respective places of the students. Apart from this I'll get scholarships from government. So it was affordable.
The course I took was very good in our college. The faculty focusing on practical learning was really appreciable. They helps us a lot in practical learning. Labs are conducted very strictly. Research initiatives are frequently held in our college.
The semester fees was quite high for a general category candidate. 2 lakhs per semester couldn't exactly be called affordable.
I was a bit disappointed in this regard. The course structure was quite old fashioned and redundant. Quite little focus was placed on practical learning. And very few people opt for research electives.
I am an st student.so I get some relaxation from institute fees. Fees here per semester is 24000 At the starting I mean at the time of admission we have to pay additional amount of around 27000. I don't actually know about general people.
I don't know really as I lack in academics here but there is always a high quality practical learning.there are many research options and initiatives took by institute and professors.Management is the most chosen elective option by the students
A bit more for middle class family. It is 258000 per semester by the I is free for sc/st category students that actually disappoint me . But finally we are used to it.
Interesting with a lot of research scope. The main focus is on learning of practical aspects and fieldwork. The topics are relatively interesting and make one get attracted to it.
Yes. The fee structure is based on the parental annual income.
I took geophysical technology. I really like my course. It has many opportunities for me in the future. It is a practical course and we have many field trips throughout the journey.
Even though the fee at IITs is highly subsidized, after the recent revision in the fee structure, the per semester fee escalated from around 50,000 to 160000, which is a huge hike. The reserved quota SC ST) students are still exempted from the fee as stated by the MHRD notification.
It's only been a few months since I have joined IIT Roorkee, so I might not be in the righteous place to judge the complete course curriculum; but on the basis of everything that I've studied, the curriculum is not a bulky one and I find most of the subjects quite relevant and informative, except a few like ethics and environmental studies.
Fees is around 1.6 lakh rupees including everything (everything!).
Course is fine, but not as that good as i expected as professors just come in class and just read the slides. They are not enthusiastic or energetic as we had teachers in our coaching classes for JEE preparation. Most of them just read slides in class and do not interact much in class with the students. And also many professors' voice is not properly audible even after using microphones. As far as practical learning is concerned, yes we have labs and we learn things in those lab hours and they are good. Yes of course many Research initiatives are taken by institute but i don't know that. We had my own deptt. , Humanities deptt. and Management deptt. electives till now.
It is one of the cheapest college in India.Especially, for students coming from a medium class or poor class family. They give huge amount of discounts. It is around 2 lacs per annum.
It is one of the best course in my college. People over here focuses more on practical learning than theoretical. Many people working on R&D.
Thanks for your valuable feedback. Our team will look into it.
