The MBBS course is really tough and is way too practical as it involves all domains of medical science.The exams are taken both as theory and practical papers whicha re to be cleared individually inorder to get good percentage.The subjects are divided in the span of 5 years from basic knowledge to advanced practical application of various domains and it is a really laborious course overall.

The syllabus was kind of tough. First year there were a lot but second year was easy then the third year again a rough time. If you are ready to work its the best you can have.
