Flame has a very well updated and wide course structure. we have many guest lectures and internship opportunities which gives a great learning opportunity. Our faculties are from various top universities from across the world.
The course syllabus is up to date and incorporates a variety of subjects including and not limited to Physical and natural sciences, performing arts (music, dance etc), global studies and social sciences (economics etc). The arts faculty is very good
The course syllabus is updated every year, and sometimes even multiple times a year for courses like International Studies. We have field opportunities through the university several times and have to take a summer internship related to our major in our third year. Faculty at Flame is great. Most have industrial as well as teaching experience. We also have guest faculty and guest lectures frequently.
Expensive. Its nearly ten lakhs a year for a thouree year undergraduate course. The fee keeps increasing each year. The fee breakdown is fairly transparent. You know where your money is going, you'll only know if it's worth it when you study and live there. There aren't any "extra fees" for admission to my knowledge.
Well, the education is marketed as a liberal education. I must say it's close to what they promised but still far from expected standards. Course curriculums were a practice of trial and error so you never know if your course actually turns out to be the way it's shown. Exam structure is extremely good. They have a relative grading system which is a great practice in qualitative exams.
The fee when I joined was 7, 30, 000/- and will be the same till I graduate in 2021. However, every year the incoming batch's fee is raided by 10%. There are scholarships available on need based and merit based. I am currently on merit-based scholarship, so my actual fee payment is lesser.
The course curriculum for Economics is quite nice since we get to work with real life data and make interesting correlations and inferences. We work on projects that involve applying our theoretical knowledge into providing our solutions for various problems we see around ourselves in the economy. The grading criteria is relative, so it's done on a bell curve.
Our college is one of the top private colleges in India. I paid 7.9 Lacs on annual basis as my college fee. Total course fee was around 15 lacs for the two-year program, which feasible for me personally. Though some of the students availed scholarships and loan facility for fee payment.
Curriculum was very detailed and thorough. For the first two semesters, we studied the general MBA subjects like economics, finance, marketing, etc. And for the last semesters, our curriculum was specialization oriented. Our curriculum was very hectic and tedious, to be honest as we were mostly occupied with the assignments, presentations and case studies, etc.
My annual fee was around 7.5 lakhs for one year. This fee included my tuition fee, examintaion fee, library charges, caution deposit. MBA program from the FLAME school was an expensive business for me. But the amenities provided by the college are top notch and the college affiliations are also pretty good.
Course curriculum was carefully curated to provide students a holistic view of the management program. Course spanned over 2 years divided into 4 semesters. After two semesters students have to attend a 2 month internship. Our performance evaluation was done on the basis of external exams, class performance, internal exams, summer internship report, dissertation to be submitted in the final year.
The fees are 6.5 lakhs per Annum for 3 years. A student can choose to take a 4th-year diploma course if he or she wishes to. The 6.5 lakhs includes tuition, food, and accommodation. Other expenses on campus are probably good and other entertainment-related expenditures.
The exam is a normal aptitude test which has math English and general aptitude section. The courses at flame are very interesting. In the first year, a student can do any course they wish to. We just need to meet a credit requirement. End of the first year is when we choose our majors and minors for the next two years. Options are vast and the faculty is great.
Itās a bit on the expensive side. 14 lacs for an MBA. But itās way cheaper than living abroad. The food, tuition, and accommodation fee is all covered up in these 14 lacs
1st year- general MBA. Being a liberal education college it provides students with the sports facility, also courses like musical theatre and dance are offered. 2nd year- the option for major and minor is provided. Majors include finance, marketing, and HR. Minors can be kept open or choose from a variety of courses offered.
It was 12-13 lakhs but also had a scholarship program me through which we could get scholarship. So it depends from person to person about how their previous marks have been, if they had a really good academic background they would easily get a scholarship. And moreover with the sort of curriculum they provided which was very rigorous many people really felt that it was completely worth it to invest so much in the degree.
The college had a tri-semester in which there were 8 subjects in each semester, also in each semester we also had to clear our fitness tests which means equal focus was given on studies and well and physical fitness. The first year was common for all students, in the second year my specialization was marketing, which means in every semester we had special focus on it and most important part was in the last 2 semesters we also had to prepare live business plans on which we were rated, also we had to make those business plans work (pilot business we had to do) which was a live one hand experience on what we were to look forward in our lives.
