    Program Description

    • Master of Business Administration at Harvard University is offered as a 2-year teaching program offering a co-op work option. In order to be eligible to participate in a full-time Co-op Work Term, students must meet the GPA requirements.
    • International applicants looking for getting into MBA at Harvard need to have a four-year bachelor’s degree, GMAT scores (or GRE equivalents), ELP scores (TOEFL iBT- 109), and an amount of around 54 lakhs INR/year to finance their studies. However, for those of you looking for scholarships, Harvard offers a need-based scholarship of around 45,000 USD a year to its MBA students.
    • The Program is a deferred admission process for current students, either in college or full-time master's programs. It is comprised of at least two years of professional work experience followed by two years in the Harvard Business School MBA Program.
    • Upon graduation, admitted 2+2 students spend a minimum of two years (maximum of four years) working in a professional position in the public, private, or nonprofit sector. They encourage students from STEM and humanities disciplines to apply, but the 2+2 Program attracts accomplished students from all fields of study.

    Work Study

The primary benefit for students who are eligible for Federal Work-Study Program is that their federally-subsidized wages can allow them to pursue a wider range of employment opportunities to fulfill their term-time work expectations, particularly with employers who wouldn't otherwise be able to hire a student worker. Here are some examples of employers for which Federal Work-Study Program-eligible students can work with:

    • On-Campus Jobs: Students can use Federal Work-Study Program funds for any on-campus position.
    • Off-Campus Jobs: The following off-campus employers qualify for the Federal Work-Study Program:
      • Recognized 501(c)3 non-profit organizations (i.e. shelters, hospitals, youth organizations, etc.)
      • State, local, and federal government agencies
      • For-profit organizations whose business activity is related to the student's concentration
      • Positions at religious organizations that do not involve constructing, operating, or maintaining any part of a building used for religious worship or sectarian instruction. For example, students can work at a church that is operating a homeless shelter but can not assist a religious leader in making a space ready for religious service.

I had applied to several universities and also got acceptance letter from many of them. The admission process here was quite of moderate level, I cracked it without giving any additional stress on my regular studies. The online application cost was $80.

    Course Curriculum :

As usually In my MBA course, I was having the one of the best course structure of business management, in both analytical and theoretical aspects. Although I found it a little bit difficult in the initial stage but I managed it later.

I always wanted to pursue my MBA from this university as this is one of the best business schools in the world. The road to HBS wasn't easy for me, I worked very hard for the past two years, and finally, I got selected here! This college is very competitive. I paid $100 for the application which I have made for this university on the official website.

    Course Curriculum :

The program provides us with an understanding of issues facing entrepreneurs and an exposure to the skills involved in addressing them. We explore how executives should approach making critical decisions during the different phases of an entrepreneurial company's life. Here, we are given the opportunity to hone our skills in identifying and testing business opportunities, decomposing complex business problems, determining what decisions the responsible business executive must make, and establishing a ‘burden of proof’ standard for making those decisions.
