Admission criteria for domestic and international students applying to Mount Mercy University are generally similar. International students can apply as freshman or Transfer Student and graduate students. Students from non-English speaking nations have to meet the English Language Proficiency Criteria. International students should also submit all the required documents to complete their visa process.

Admission Requirements for International Students

  • Cumulative GPA of 2.75 for first-year applicants and 2.50 for transfer students (undergraduates).

Visa Requirement for International Students

  • Admitted students from countries outside the United States will be provided with the I-20 form by Mount Mercy University.

    • Copy of passport.

Mount Mercy University Undergraduate Admissions

Mount Mercy University offers around 45 undergraduate programs. The admission process and requirements for these programs are the same. Application is free of charge. However, a refundable enrollment fee of USD 200 should be paid after admission.
