During my search, I found Hendrix College and was immediately intrigued because this college is one of the few that even offers a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. I'd always been interested in the business world and potentially starting my own in the future, and after taking a look at the degree program and the types of classes offered, I had a strong feeling that Hendrix College is the right choice.
The department of business offers me a major in Economics and Business, a major in Economics, and a major in Accounting. I liked the course curriculum as it has a balance between theory and practical knowledge. Some of the classes I'm taking are accountancy based and some are business studies based. On the other hand, I also have the opportunity to work on my writing and communication skills which is important for my future careers.
