Mercy College, named as 2019 best college by Westchester magazine and recognized by the white house as a Bright Spot in Hispanic Education is a private co-educational institution established in 1950 by the Sisters of Mercy. Situated on four campuses, the college offers more than 90 undergraduate and postgraduate programs within its five faculties.

Mercy College has five faculties- School of business, School of education, School of health and natural sciences, School of liberal arts and School of social and behavioral sciences. Over 90 undergraduate, graduate and online degree courses are offered in these five faculties. The college only offers a graduate degree for the School of Education.
In order for the students to have a feel of their college life, Mercy College currently operates on four campuses. These campuses are in Manhattan, Dobbs Ferry, Bronx and York Town Heights.

Mercy College offers flexible on-campus and off-campus residential options to students to enable them to adapt to the environment. Students who wish to stay off-campus can do so in the local hotel available. These hotels have guaranteed services such as daily shuttle, internet access and television in each room, fitness center and other amenities that help students live comfortably and enjoy a memorable experience.
Students who wish to stay on-campus can apply for housing in one of the residence halls on campus. These halls have well-furnished rooms with a bed, closet, and desks.
New students can apply for housing by paying a 200 USD deposit fee. Old students who wish to relocate to the on-campus hall are required to pay a 100 USD housing application.
