All the International students who want to study at the Dean College have to apply for F-1 visa (or DS-2019). A student has to receive Form I-20 from the College in order to apply for F-1 Visa. For this, a student needs to submit the following documents at the College-
After obtaining the Form I-20 from the College, the applicant needs to complete the I-20 and pay the SEVIS I-901 fee.

Dean operates on rolling admission, meaning that applications are reviewed as they become complete. The college encourages international students to apply well in advance in order to have sufficient time to schedule a visa interview and make travel arrangements. Each student’s application is evaluated individually.
Dean has no minimum GPA (grade point average) or test score prerequisite. The college considers writing ability (personal statement), recommendations and national examination results, if applicable.
