Visa Process for International Students

  • To obtain a visa from, a student must issue a Certificate of Eligibility (Form I-20).
  • Once the student receives their I-20, the International Services Office will send him/her a Certificate of Eligibility (please allow two weeks for processing).
  • Students need to submit the following documents:
    • Certificate of Eligibility Application
    • Copy of passport biographic page
    • Financial document(s)
    • Confidential Declaration of Financial Support
    • Transfer Release Form
  • After this a Visa interview would be scheduled with the U.S. Consulate or Embassy.
  • Students will be then issued F-1 student visa.
