Undergraduate Minor and Major Programs
Undergraduate programs of Bethany Lutheran College are of four years duration consisting of minimum 36 credits for major course whereas for minor courses, at least 18 credits are required to be completed. If a student doesn’t want to go for major course, then he/she can apply for minor also.

Bethany Lutheran College Campus and Residence
The 20-hectare college operates under the auspices of Evangelical Lutheran Synod, located in south-central Minnesota. The memorial library is one of the attractive centers of the campus where students spend their valuable time to learn and enrich their knowledge. While on-campus, students can choose to participate in various student activities like plays, drams, exhibitions, etc and indulge in numerous clubs and organizations at the college. There are 28 such clubs to opt from, where student can interact and grow with the choice of niche and build life-long connections.
Over 71% of the full-time students of Bethany Lutheran College live on-campus. Its five residence halls are Anderson Hall, Edgewood Place, Larson Hall, Gullixson Hall and Teigen Hall. The residential student fee of a standard room is USD 1905 whereas for an apartment it is USD 2155 and unlimited laundry facility at USD 30.
- Anderson Hall: The top three floors from the 3rd-5th floor of the Old Main is the residence hall for women named as Anderson Hall. It has 94 rooms in total with maximum availability of standard rooms and 9 private rooms only.
- Edgewood Place: It is one of Bethany's newest two and three-bedroom apartment style buildings built in 2005 for women only. The residential student fee of an apartment is USD 2155.
- Gullixson Hall: It is a four-floor building built in 1999 in which the first floor of the hall is apartment style and rest of the floors are having standard residence living.
- Larson Hall: It is an apartment style residence built in mid 1990s located down the hill below the Memorial library for men/women as needed.
- Teigen Hall: It is also four-floor apartment style building in which students (men) staying on top three floors and first floor includes the staff offices.
There are three types of meal plans available:
- Continuous Access: Available for Standard Room residential students in Anderson, Gullixson, or Teigen Hall at USD 2,140.
- Five meals per week plan (88 meals/semester): For apartment residential students in Edgewood Place, Larson Hall, or Gullixson Hall at USD 700.
- Flex dollar account plan for non-resident students: Students must pay for individual meals displaying ID card. This plan is not available for residential students.

Academic scholarships are renewable and students need to maintain their academic record to avail themselves scholarships till the completion of their degree. The application deadline for these academic scholarships is February 28 and the interview is scheduled on March 28. Activity scholarships are only awarded to creative arts students that enroll in such programs and the application deadline for scholarships is January 31.

Course Curriculum :
The mathematics major at Bethany offers courses in both applied and theoretical mathematics to prepare us for advanced studies as well as careers in mathematics. It does this within a Christ-centered, liberal arts framework that encourages breadth as well as the depth of knowledge.
Bethany Lutheran College is a Christian liberal arts college owned and operated by the Evangelical Lutheran Synod. The fifty-acre campus overlooks the Minnesota River Valley in Mankato, Minnesota, a community of approximately fifty thousand people. My GPA was 8. I had applied through a common application.
Course Curriculum :
The legal studies program prepared us for various law-related careers while adhering to biblical moral principles and values. This major equips us for a variety of vocations, including paralegal, business leadership, nonprofit board service, community development, consulting, corrections, and probation. This major also provides a foundation for the pursuit of advanced degrees in law or other graduate programs. I cultivated a broad understanding of basic principles of law and the role and function of the legal system.
I have opted for this college because it provides a very unique course curriculum in fine arts. In high school, I am constantly practicing fine arts and come up with the best outcome. My interest and dedication towards this field motivated me to choose this course. The nonrefundable application fee was $250 for the online application.
Course Curriculum :
This course uses various different interdisciplinary procedures, models, methods, materials, and techniques to integrate, teach, and develop an appreciation for art, music, and drama.
I had chosen this college as much searching on the internet, led me to this college which was renowned for its extremely high academic standards. My application was completed online and In was required to submit my official high school transcripts and certificates. The application was free, with no application fee. Other documents I had submitted were - a certificate of financial responsibility and supporting documents such as bank statements and a copy of my valid passport. On being accepted, I had paid a tuition deposit fee of around $150 and a statement of medical records from my doctor with all my immunization records.
Course Curriculum :
Our course was exceptionally good and we had a blend of lectures, case studies as well as internships towards the end of our program. We could choose to specialize in any one of the following - finance, marketing research, consumer marketing, public relations, marketing management, human resources, or sports administration.
