Millersville University Admission Deadlines

Most of the programs have rolling admission deadlines at Millersville University. For the Fall Semester, it is recommended that applicants apply by the end of April. For the Spring Semester, it is recommended to apply by the end of October. There are only a few graduate programs that have firm deadlines.

The exemption to these are in two cases:

  1. Freshman students who have earned a high school diploma from a high school in an English educational system in any English speaking country.
  2. Conditionally Applied Students who have successfully completed the highest levels of Millersville University’s English Language Institutes with a grade B or any higher grade.

Visa Process for International Students

  • International Applicants who are admitted to the university can be issued either a Form I-20 for F-1 student visa enrolments or Form DS-2019 for J-1 student visa applicants by the Millersville University of Pennsylvania by mail.
  • Schedule an appointment at the US Embassy/ Consulate at your country to apply for the F-1 or J-1 student visa. Applicants must carry the following documents for interview:
