With a moderately selective admissions policy, the Marymount Manhattan College accepted 78% applications for fall 2018 term. The total number of applications received was over 5600. Marymount Manhattan College International Admissions

International applicants from over 50 countries are currently enrolled in the college. The admissions process for international applicants is similar to domestic applicants. However, the admission requirements for international applicants vary. The details of additional requirements are mentioned below.

Admission Requirements for International Applicants

  • Official transcripts of high school or secondary school or Certificate of High School Equivalency (home-schooled students must also submit the Homeschool Student Information Form).
    • Evaluation of transcripts, by WES and other agencies, Fullbright.
  • Submit SAT I and ACT I scores.
    • SAT Code is 2405 and ACT Code is 2811.
  • One letter of recommendation.
  • The applicants need to submit an essay of 250-500 words on the topic listed in the application.
  • MMC transfer form for transfer applicants.

Visa Process for International Applicants 

Before getting the F-1 Student visa, the students need to get I-20.

  • After the student is selected for admission, the university will email the Certificate of Eligibility for a Student Visa (Form I-20 A/B). Once received, all the details should be checked carefully.
  • Completed non-immigration visa application form (DS-156) with passport size photo.
  • A valid passport.
  • Receipt of visa application fee.
  • Evidence of SEVIS fee payment (I-901 receipt).
  • The submission deadline of the I-20 application is as follows
    • Spring applicants – December 15
    • Fall applicants – June 30

Marymount Manhattan College Undergraduate Admissions
