Admission as a freshman student is based on evaluating the evidence of a rigorous high school curriculum, with Regents classes, Honors classes and Advanced Placement courses strongly preferred. The university seek students with an 80 high school average or above. The applicants have to fulfill the minimum SAT/ACT and GPA requirements in order to secure admission.
