Pamplin School of Business International Admissions

Pamplin School of Business each year sees 17% International students, coming from 13 different countries. While the overall application procedure is more or less the same, international students have an extra set of requirements to fulfil so as to secure a seat here.

  • Applicants can start by applying at the UP Application or Common Application if applying for UG courses. And via UP Application if applying for graduate courses.
  • A few documents should be submitted based on the program applicants are applying for, failing to do which their application will get rejected.
  • Admissions take place in fall and spring terms for international students and fall, summer and spring for Domestic students.

Accepted students further have to submit a copy of their passport biographical page and other immigration documents, on a complete evaluation of which they will receive an I20 form known as a Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status, using which they can apply for a visa.

English Proficiency Requirements

This is one of the additional requirements that international students have to meet to apply at Pamplin. Official score reports of either TOEFL or IELTS are required as a proof of English proficiency for an applicant who does not come from a country with English as its first language. SAT and ACT scores are also accepted.
