Purchase happened to be the only school in the state (that I could afford) with my major. As an Arts Management major, I am able to not only work in the music industry (my goal) but I am able to work in any fine arts management career. This gives me more job opportunities and more ways to be successful. On top of that, I can take up to 23 credits a semester compared to how some schools only allow me to take 18 credits.
I think that because the professors have real world experience it allows us as students to be more successful.
