Meredith College campus is situated on Hillsborough Street, Raleigh NC. The college offers on-campus residential facilities through 7 residence halls namely Brewer Residence Hall, Faircloth Residence Hall, Heilman Residence Hall, Poteat Residence Hall, Stringfield Residence Hall, Vann Residence Hall, and The Oaks Apartment Style Housing.
Double-occupancy rooms are available for first-year residents, and single-occupancy rooms available to upper-level residents. Roommates are paired by the housing staff. Students can apply for on-campus housing while submitting an application to the college and will have to pay 11,360 USD per year as a Housing fee when admission is granted.
Students who wish to reside off-campus must submit the off-campus housing request. They can stay off-campus with roommates by signing a contract with proprietors.
