As a teen mom, going to college is something harder to do. The DFC made me hopeful that I could go to college and raise my baby at the same time. The DFC offers a lot of support academically and personally.
I enjoy the classes I take, they're fun but challenging at the same time. The professors always adjust to the student's needs. The most difficult classes I have taken so far have been conservation biology and finite mathematics.
I chose it because it was the least expensive college that I applied to! I received more scholarships as well, had the right classroom sizes, and the name too. The school has a good reputation in the business world in MN, so that was good as well.
I think the course curriculum has a lot of required classes that are not beneficial to me or many of the students, but I enjoy a few of them. The classes can be pretty difficult at least the ones I've taken. It is pretty manageable with all the resources provided.
