Ans. ASU has a lot of options, so the chances of finding what you want are pretty high. U.S. News & World Report has recognized it as the USA's most innovative school. There are tons of resources and study options for everyone. It is especially excellent in research in a number of fields if you want to undertake research. You can choose from over 500 professional and other clubs of different types which can help advance your career. However, you may feel neglected and lost in the crowd due to the huge student population. The professors are inspiring but often unavailable due to huge class sizes. If you’re looking for a fun and useful place to study then ASU has numerous events here with comedians, shows, bands, guest lecturers, presentations and more. It is well ranked and has a great reputation in the US and outside.ASU has many Nobel laureates and Pulitzer Prize winners among its faculty. Their programs inspire top-qualified graduates working under USA's top 50 corporations, with a median starting salary of $53,600. However, international students may face problem finding part time opportunities and scholarships due to high competition. Overall, it is a vibrant place with a lot of activities and scope. These are the latest stats by US News to give a better perspective on admissions and costs. Read more

Ans. It really depends on what kind of student you are, as well as what type of program you're going for. If you're going for a PhD then your funding is pretty much assured. ASU offers many scholarships to meritorious students. If you are asking about scholarships for undergrad, then it's a completely different story for international students as ASU rarely provides scholarships unless you're exceptionally talented. ASU’s Carey School of Business gives out scholarships worth 1Million USD. Thus you will face a lot of competition as it attracts a lot of applicants from the US as well as outside. This has resulted in a competitive applicant pool and lower acceptance rates so you’ll need to be extra prepared in order to apply for any merit-based scholarships. General Scholarships range from 500-5000 USD and are very competitive. You will need to have excellent leadership skills, maintain a high GPA, and a record of impressive community service in your previous studies or work. Since scholarships are actually limited, you can consider Graduate assistantships at W.P Carey School of Business which can pay you well and keep you well-funded. However these are only 10 hours a week and limited in number. It's better if you opt for externally funded scholarships as the competition is cutthroat. International students have a lot of options of funding including their home country’s sponsors and other fellowship programs.Read more
