The California Institute of Advanced Management (CIAM) was established in the year 2011. It is a non-profit and premier experiential learning university that offers Online and On-campus MBA courses to students across the globe. Admission to the college doesn’t require GRE/ GMAT scores nor does it take any additional tests or exams. Candidates are given 1-year and 2-year program options along with Scholarship and Fellowship opportunities. CiAM is approved by BPPE and recognized by CHEA.

CIAM doesn’t provide on-campus housing facilities at the moment. Candidates applying for admission must make provision for their housing nearby to the campus. Apartments and houses are available at rental basis which approximately begins at $1,100.00 per month 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

Conditional Admission for International Student:
Candidates who wish to study in the US but do not meet the English requirement of Report writing and presentation skills can seek admissions under conditional admission. Herein, the candidate must attend an intensive English Language program at American English College (AEC) which is a CiAM approved Language school in Los Angeles, US. After the student qualifies with a satisfactory score, they will be approved for admission. The documents required for Conditional admission will remain the same as that for regular admission viz. as follows:

CiAM provides international candidates scholarships and financial aid. For availing financial loans students must complete the FAFSA application. Below listed are the scholarships and aids offered by the university for international students.
How to apply for it: Eligible candidates must fill the International Student Scholarship Application Form along with submitting supporting documents to avail of the scholarship.
Students who have enrolled for admission to CIAM are allowed to accept on-campus employment. The university also offers a non-federal work-study program on a limited basis. This is granted to candidates who are eligible for an F-1 Visa and have followed the rules and regulations appropriately.
Candidates seeking on-campus employment must take approval from DSO. The maximum hours of work are limited to 20 hours per week during school sessions and 40 hours during vacation and Winter/ Spring breaks.
Students holding F-1 Visa are prohibited from taking up off-campus employment. However special authorization will be given to candidates who can prove their economic hardship with supporting proof after speaking to DSO. Below listed are the special conditions:

The company must be recognized under the International Organization Immunities Act.
Students qualifying under the Non-Federal Work-Study program (NFWS) are allowed to take up work while studying in administrative offices. The maximum hours of work are limited to 20 hours per week. Furthermore, students can use a part of this money to pay their tuition fees.
