Auburn University's Industrial Design program was highly ranked (Usually top 10 in the nation) which is why I chose the University. The faculty to student ratio was really good and each student got a lot of priority when it came to the education they wanted to receive. As long as you were interested in becoming better, there were people to guide you through that at Auburn.

    Course Curriculum :

The course was very relevant to the industry. We actually had the opportunity to work with some companies that paid the university to get some research and ideation done. What we were being taught was what was being used in the industry. From analog sketching to digital rendering software that we were taught was all extremely focused and important for a kickstart in our careers.

I chose Aerospace Engineering as it has always been my passion to pursue this field. I chose Auburn University because I got a good project to work on and also got sufficient funding for the entire program.

    Course Curriculum :

The course syllabus in Aerospace Engineering is evenly spread in fluid mechanics, structural dynamics, flight dynamics and propulsion. In addition there are some courses on technical writing, mathematics and imaging systems as well.

Positives: They have good programs for machine learning and data science. There are good amount of professors who work on various researches. It's great to coordinate with them. Other than computer science, we can take courses in mathematics, statistics, or computer engineering. All are of great quality. Good funding options. They have a decent career fair option. Atlanta (nearby city) has a lot of software companies. Auburn has a lot of computer science and AI clubs. This could help a student to improve his skills.

    Course Curriculum :

Curriculum is good. They have courses on computer networking, AI, cybersecurity, user interface and design, software engineering, etc. Some courses are up-to-date with the industry standards and some are not. I am not at liberty to share the names of the courses. It is good for the students to look up courses name online and figure out the syllabus. You can also email the professors or TAs to get the syllabus. Some courses will be projects based. You need to have good coding skills to complete the projects. Some courses are research based. The professor will discuss research papers with students and ask them to implement the algorithms.

After completing my high school from a Commerce background in India, I chose Marketing as my field of study. I chose the US because I have my brother working there in Alabama, US. And from him, I heard about this university and applied online. I had an 8.3 CGPA and I had to pay $60 for the admission.

    Course Curriculum :

I felt that the course curriculum is vast and wide than that at my place. I had to work hard without diversion in my freshman year to get a hold of the subject.

I really enjoyed the campus and everyone seemed very friendly. The school is full of tradition and they have a very good program in the discipline I am very interested in.

    Course Curriculum :

It's a challenging curriculum but not too hard. It pushes you a good amount but nothing too absurdly crazy. The professors are helpful and there are multiple resources for each and every student to use.

Auburn has a Beautiful campus. It is known for it's challenging but prestigious STEM classes that are taken seriously by employers and professional schools in-state tuition. There is both pharmacy and medical school attached to it.

    Course Curriculum :

The curriculum is very relevant to my major but also very challenging. They make sure you know the material before you leave the class. Some classes that you take here and at another school will be much more challenging at Auburn, but much more useful.

It was close to home. Also, their nursing program had great reviews and it was new. I wanted to be near home but far enough to enjoy the college experience. I'm able to visit my family every other weekend.

    Course Curriculum :

My curriculum is great. I love learning science and the body. I enjoy patient interaction and the nursing school does a great job of helping me improve. It's hard but I'm sure it will be worth it.
