University of Texas at Austin a life changing experience

    9.7 /10

There were many websites with college blogs and publications which I followed on a regular basis and from those sites I came to know more about this university's program, facilities and ranking. Then I decided to pursue my masters from this university because it provides quality education in this each and every program. Application process was very simple it was through online mode and the cost was around $120.

    Course Curriculum :

The course seeks to improve my skills in applying mathematical technology in the design and learning of computer programs. At the same time, I even built a computer database so that I could analyse and solve problems scientifically. The curriculum covers almost all major subjects.

    Exams :

My keen interest in this subject enouraged me to apply for it. To get in the program I had to appear for TOEFL and GRE exams. In the TOEFL exam, I got 90, and in GRE I got 310. Official correspondence, financial accounts, personal declaration, CV, and interview was the standard documents required for my admission.

    Placement :

Annual appointments were usually routine and were mostly carried out by a college placement cell or an alumni network. I had applied to several companies and was selected at HP as a software engineer with a payment of $ 90,000.

    Events :

Tasks are usually divided into two categories: cultural events and scientific events. Dance competitions, music competitions, art shows, and many other activities are among the cultural circles. The college also has a fitness festival that includes a variety of sports programs and fitness.

    Fees :

The tuition fee is about $ 25,000 a year which makes perfect sense. Books and other resources are needed to purchase separately. However, I also earned $ 5,000 in college which I had to put in when I applied. Students can also get some scholarship on the tution fee if there perform well in academics.

    Faculty :

Faculty members in particular have valuable experience in software and technology development. Professors encourage students to think critically and creatively. The classes are small, with about 25-27 students each, enabling students to engage and build strong relationships with academics.

    Hostel :

My parents wanted me to stay in college for the sake of safety and security. I used to pay $ 10,000 for my room and food. My room was well furnished and I was able to enter a common room, a library, a study room.
